  1. "Email History" shows outgoing and incoming emails of computers or users, including name, time, direction, sender, receipent, subject and the email protocol.
  2. Email protocols supported: "POP3", "IMAP4", "SMTP", "Lotus Note" and some common web-based emails.

Notice

  1. If email size is larger than the "Max Attachment Size" which is defined in "System Settings"->"Manage Logs"->"Storage Status", only email subject will be recorded.
  2. For web-based emails, received emails will not be recorded.
  3. Only common used web-based emails(like hotmail, yahoo mail) can be supported, other webemails will be recorded in "Web Post".
  4. HTTPS web-based emails can not be recorded.
  5. POP3/SMTP/IMAP4 over SSL can not be recorded.
