"Chatting Online" shows current online messengers, including Name, Tool, Id, Monitoring Since, IP Address, Remote Port.

1. Why some user id is "unknown"?

Because WFilter fetches a user id by network packets analysis. If id is unknown, it means WFilter does not have enough data to get the user id yet.
