"New(Edit) Record Level Settings" is the detailed configuration of a recording level.

1. Level Name

Name of this level which will also be displayed in the "User-computer table".

2. Level Desc

Simple description of this level.

3. Messengers

Messengers for which you want to keep the chatting contents.

4. Web Activities

4.1 Record web surfing activities, Record web posting activities

4.2 Websites exception list

One domain per line, wildcard(* ?) supported. Do not include "http://". Websites in this list will not be recorded nor blocked.

5. Email Transfers

Configuration of recording email transfers by client software(such as "Outlook Express"). To record email sent from web pages, you need to check "Record web posting activities".

6. File Transfers

Configuration of file transfers you want to monitor.

7. Time periods for recording

Recording time periods, such as "8:00-12:00,14:00-18:00". Out of the time periods, the monitor system will use the backup recording level.
