You may use this page to choose the report criteria and create reports.

Settings

1. Users

Report target users. For "Selected Computers" and "Selected Users", you need to click "Choose Users" to select report users/computers.

2. Date

Report date range.

3. Report Type

Pre-defined report type, different report type will produce different report data.

4. Report By

The x-axis for this report.

5. Format

Display result format for this report. Four formats of report are supported: Bar, Pie, Line and Data.

6. Display N rows.

Only display top N rows.

7. Order By

Define the "Order by" column.

8. Order

"Desc" or "Asc".

Notice

  1. If "Account Monitoring" is enabled, you will be able to customize report users by users accounts.
  2. For "Web Report" and "Bandwidth Report", you can set "Report Filter" to filter the report data.

Example


Web surfing report of all computers in this month.

  1. In "Web Report", choose "All Computers" as the report "Users".
  2. Set the "Date" to "This Month".
  3. Set the "Report Type" to "Web Surfing Report".
  4. Set the "Report by" to "Date".
  5. Set the "Format" to "Line".
  6. Set the "Display" to "All".
  7. Click "Run Report" to get a line report of web surfing in this month.
