- "Online Computers" shows computers currently online and statistics of "Name", "Chat Logs", "Web Surf", "Files", "Emails" and so on.
- You may click each label such as "Bandwidth", "Chat logs" to sort this column. By clicking numbers under each label, you will be able to see the detailed records of today.
- To display all computers, you can choose "All Computers".
- You can input "IP address", "Mac Address", "name", "department" in "Search By" to refine the data. For example, using "192.168", you will able to get all ip addresses started with "192.168".
- Move your mouse onto the computer icon, detailed information of this computer will show up.
Notice
- If "Account Monitoring" is enabled, usernames will be the "logon AD account".
- If there is no internet activity for two minutes for an online computer, it will turn "offline".
- Each computer has four status: Offline
 , Being Monitored  , Online but Not Monitored  , Online and Exceeds License Limit
