How to block Internet usage?

You can set different Internet access privilege for each computer. If your WFilter can not block correctly, please follow below steps to check:

  1. Check the deployment of WFilter. WFilter need to be put at a correct place to do monitoring. Please refer to "How to deploy WFilter?" for details.
  2. Monitor Settings: Definition of monitoring mode, monitoring and blocking adaptors, IP ranges...
  3. User-computer Table: "Enable Monitor" and "Blocking Levels" shall be set for computers you want to block.
  4. Blocking Levels: Definition of blocking items and time period which will be used in the "User-computer Table".
  5. Black/White List Settings: Definition of Black/White list settings which will be used in the "Blocking Levels".
  6. Category Access Policy: Definition of website access policy based on website categories.
