Monitor Groove

Groove Virtual Office v3.0 is software that allows teams of people to work together over a network as if they were in the same physical location.

Groove Communication

Groove supports Http and TCP protocols. Groove use TCP port 2492 and port 443 to login, search and download files.

If TCP port 2492 and port 443 are all blocked, then Groove will use HTTP port 80 to download files.

How to block Groove?

Because Groove can communicate by HTTP and can switch port automatically, so you can not block them only by disable the ports in the firewall. And Groove has no central server, also can not block it by blocking server ip address. So the only way is using professional tools to block Groove.
