MUTE File Sharing is a peer-to-peer network that provides easy search-and-download functionality while also protecting your privacy. MUTE File Sharing compiles as a fast, native application for many platforms (no Java, no Python, etc.).

Communication

Mute uses TCP protocols. Mute use TCP port 4900 as its default login port. When login, can input Encryption seed to protect secure.

If TCP port 4900 is blocked, then Mute will fail to login.

How to block Mute?

Simply block TCP port 4900 on the firewall.
